Please contact Michelle Redcay (mdredcay@aem-arch.com) at AEM Architects to request Drawings and Specifications. Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the office of AEM Architects, Inc. during normal business hours (appointments are recommended to examine drawings). Prime Contract Bidders MUST register with AEM and provide a non-refundable payment of $100 payable by cash or check made out to AEM Architects, Inc. (no credit cards).  Prime Contract Bidders will receive a link to the entire set of Bidding Documents along with the Official Bid Form(s) for the Contract(s) you are bidding (please indicate). Paper copies of all Bidding Documents are available, but must be preordered and the cost will be determined on a per project basis. Official Bid Form: All bids shall be submitted on the Official Bid Form emailed by AEM when you receive the documents link. Bids submitted on bid forms other than Official Bid Form provided by AEM Architects will be rejected. Substitution Requests: It is the policy of AEM Architects, Inc. to only review substitution requests that are submitted from a Prime Contract Bidder who has registered with our office.
