Justin joined AEM Architects in 1996 upon graduation from Philadelphia University (formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science) with a Bachelor of Architecture.  He is a 1991 graduate of Boyertown Area High School.  Justin's responsibilities include the design and management of projects from their inception through construction. He also manages the CAD standards and procedures utilized within the office. 

Justin currently serves as the Chairman of the Exeter Township Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board and is the Vice Chairman of the Berks County Parks and Recreation Board of Directors.  He is on the Events Committee of the Greater Reading Young Professionals where he co-chairs the monthly breakfast meetings.  He also serves as a  judge for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and for the Pennsylvania Regions 5 & 9 Technology Student Association (TSA).
